My best friend and I have finally resumed dance class after over a year off!
It's great to be dancing again although we are far behind as the troup is mainly doing last years choreography.
We are currently learning a saucy number with some krumping in it.I should probably mention i love krumping!
Over the last few weeks our regular dance teacher Keira had been on holiday which meant we had Tommy (whom is a renowned ballroom and hip-hop champion and all round spunk) taking our class.
We got to learn some 'boogaloo' and 'lyrical hip-hop' as well as the original style hip-hop derives from.'Boogaloo' is really funky and fun and lyrical is more melodic and beautiful.
Keira is now back from holiday and we will get straight back into our choreography!

I recently returned to SAS (Screen Actors Studio) to brush up on my perfoming skills and create a miniature showreel which is our current class project due to be shot this coming Tuesday.
I'm currently trying to decided between five scripts for my two-hander peice,favouring one which i'm concerned it too alike in emotional content to my monlogue.
A week or so ago i got a last minute call to do background/extras work on 'Neighbours'.I received the call about an hour before i had to be on set and somehow I still managed to get to wardrobe on time!
We shot two school scenes-a hallway scene and a classroom scene.I said my usual "hey" to Matt (Werkmeister aka Zeik).Putting on Erinsbourough uniform makes me feel young again.I miss high school.
I also recently had a "go see" audition for the new Nicholas Cage film 'Knowing'.
Fingers crossed work picks up soon!!!
On another note my little brother finally got his cast off after breaking his arm jumping off the trampolline! haha
